The Ballroom: 500 delegates
 For larger gatherings, the Ballroom will seat up to 500 people theatre style. It has a stage with backstage area and dressing rooms and is fully air conditioned. The hall comprises a large open centre floor with raised seating areas at the sides. Suitable for large theatre style presentations, product launches, and also for dividing a large gathering into smaller groups. The Ballroom is ideal for exhibitions, being fully equipped with its own sound and lighting systems. Fax and photocopying facilities are available on-site.
Visual aids available in the Ballroom
The Ballroom has a fixed 8ft presentation screen and digital projector. All other visual aids can be made available by prior arrangement.

BAWA is just five minutes drive from the M5/M4 interchange at Almondsbury and is very easy to find. Our on-site car park has space for 350 cars for which there is constant camera surveillance. Alternatively, Bristol Parkway Station is only a five minute taxi ride away.
