Wedding facilities and options

Your wedding is a very special day for everyone involved. We can provide the decor, flowers and choice of drinks that will help to create the right atmosphere. If you wish we will lay out your own table decorations and flower arrangements. You can be sure things will be just the way you want them - right down to the last detail.

The Meal

BAWA is able to offer any catering arrangements you may require. All meals are prepared on the premises by our own staff who pride themselves on the high standards achieved in the cooking, presentation and service of all meals. A full bar service is available for guests whether cash or account is required. Whether you choose a buffet or hot meal for your special day you can rest assured that your expectations will be fulfilled.

Selection of Drinks Packages available

• Glass of wine with meal.
• Selection of drinks on arrival (sherry, wine, soft drinks) + glass of sparkling wine for toast.
• Glass of wine with meal + glass of sparkling wine for toast.
• Selection of Drinks on arrival (sherry, wine, soft drinks) + glass of wine with meal + glass of sparkling wine for toast.
• Bucks Fizz on arrival + glass of wine with meal + glass of sparkling wine for toast.

BAWA are happy to discuss any alternative arrangements to suit your particular function.

A full wine list is available if required. The bar may be open throughout proceedings or closed while speeches are made.

Table Decor

Kings pattern cutlery will be used and the elegantly shaped Buckingham crockery will be used in white. All tablecloths will be white. Should you choose to have your napkins specially printed then BAWA will be happy to use these. Any additional table decorations you may have will be laid out according to your wishes.

Floral Decorations

Bud Vases containing multi-coloured fresh flowers will be placed on all tables. Should you require an alternative then we will be happy to lay out your own arrangements. Flowers may be delivered direct to BAWA if you wish.
