Following a substantial refurbishment the fitness centre now boasts air conditioning, panoramic windows, new carpet, 2 Plasma screen TVs and new wall coverings.
You will find all the usual equipment you would expect, from simple dumb-bell weights to
resistance apparatus, rowing machines, cyclers, steppers, jogging machines, etc
Whichever of our sporting facilities you decide to take advantage of there is always the chance to really relax and wind down in the steam rooms for no additional charge.
Additionally, relax in the Sports Lounge of an evening and enjoy Sky television, or darts or pool or a sociable pint with friends and colleagues.
