We welcome all our members and clients back to BAWA Leisure.  

In order to keep everyone as safe as we can, BAWA Leisure will continue to monitor UK government guidelines for the hospitality industry and make any necessary changes, however we are currently taking the following measures.

COVID SYMPTOMS

If you have any of the COVID symptoms, been exposed to infection or you have been requested to self isolate, we ask that you do not come to BAWA Leisure.  If you miss a BAWA entertainment event for any of these reasons we will happily refund you the cost of your ticket.

For privately organised events, please contact the organiser direct for their COVID policy regarding refunds.

MASK WEARING

BAWA recognise that mask wearing is now a matter of personal choice and you are no longer obligated to wear one.  However, for the safety of your fellow members, guests and our staff, we encourage you to wear a mask where 
possible when moving around our venue.

Our staff will wear masks as appropriate.

CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS

For all BAWA entertainment events in the Ballroom there will be a maximum capacity of 75%.

For privately organised events, please contact the organiser direct for any information on restricted capacity.

CLEANING

There will continue to be enhanced cleaning measures at our venue to maintain a safe environment.  All high touch surfaces such as the bar top areas will be regulary cleaned and our staff will periodically check the toilet facilities thoughout the time our venue is open.  

Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the venue.

VENTILATION

All our function spaces are fully ventilated and where possible windows and, depending on the type of event and timings, doors can be opened in certain spaces to assist the flow of fresh air.
