Further to the announcement by the UK government regarding the national lockdown, we are now closed until further notice.
You can still submit benefit claims by email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also use this email address if you have any queries or call our office on Tuesday between 9am and 1pm. Due to the reduced working hours, there may be a slight delay in processing and payment of the claim, however if you have not received payment within three weeks of submission, please contact us.
